Zoning Permit
Description: A zoning permit is required any change in the use of land and for any construction, relocation or alteration of a building or structure. Alterations that do not change the exterior dimensions of the building or structure are allowed without a zoning permit.

Decision-maker: Zoning administrator

Expiration: A zoning permit expires 24 months from the date of issuance. The permit may be extended for a period of 90 days for justifiable cause, if an application is made to the zoning administrator at least 30 days before the expiration of said permit.

  • Accessory building 150 sq ft and less: $100 (online payment)
  • Accessory building 150 sq ft and less: $125 (in person payment)
  • Accessory building over 150 sq ft: $100 (online payment)
  • Accessory building over 150 sq ft: $125 (in person payment)
  • Commercial (New, Additions, Alterations): $100 (online payment)
  • Commercial (New, Additions, Alterations): $125 (in person payment)
  • Residential (New, Addition, Alteration): $100 (online payment)
  • Residential (New, Addition, Alteration): $125 (in person payment)
  • Swimming pool: $100 (online payment)
  • Swimming pool: $125 (in person payment)
Submittal Deadline
This application can be submitted anytime because it is reviewed by the Zoning Administrator.
